We absolutely loved our stay in Verona! The city feels like a fairytale, and the hotel played a big part in making our experience so special. The breakfast was a real highlight — delicious food and such warm, kind people! The entire staff, including the reception team, was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our room was charming, very comfortable, and spotless. The hotel has a lovely classic feel that matched the atmosphere of Verona perfectly. The location couldn’t be better — right next to one of the city’s main squares, in the heart of the historic center, yet still peaceful and quiet. Everything was within walking distance. It was such a cozy and delightful place to stay. We truly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay here was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They always took the time to answer our questions. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! The staff who ran the breakfast were so friendly and helpful, and they made any drink we asked for. The selection of items was beyond what we expected, including savory and sweet options. The location was dead center in the middle of the old city, so walking around was always a breeze. We loved this hotel and will return if we stay in Verona again.

The location was excellent as were the rooms...very spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with a very good breakfast. About the location, it could not have been better, located on a quiet side street yet steps away from one of the main piazzas, full of restaurants, shopping and Juliette's home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What else to say, for me the Mazzanti is a real find I'd recommend for others without hesitation.

The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.

Our favourite thing about this lovely small hotel is the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble they are so welcoming and helpful. The receptionists, Elise, Elise B and Paola are all great they help out at breakfast too as needed. The location is perfect so close to Piazza Erbe a few steps away.
