Very warm and interested staff. Large comfortable room; large bathroom; lots of towels; desk area to spread my things. A croissant warming machine so the croissants are crispy! Great cappuccino

It’s central location around the corner from Piazza delle Erbe, room decor, staff were very helpful, near shops. Loved the guest lounge - all looked welcoming.

The location was ideal. The Albergo Mazzanti was in the middle of the city and near all the attractions we want to go see in Verona. The room was comfortable and was the room advertised. The staff was excellent - especially the lady who was head of the breakfast.

Our stay here was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They always took the time to answer our questions. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible! The staff who ran the breakfast were so friendly and helpful, and they made any drink we asked for. The selection of items was beyond what we expected, including savory and sweet options. The location was dead center in the middle of the old city, so walking around was always a breeze. We loved this hotel and will return if we stay in Verona again.

The location was excellent as were the rooms...very spacious, clean and comfortable, complete with a very good breakfast. About the location, it could not have been better, located on a quiet side street yet steps away from one of the main piazzas, full of restaurants, shopping and Juliette's home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What else to say, for me the Mazzanti is a real find I'd recommend for others without hesitation.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient to everything. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great good selection of hot cold sweet and savoury and the staff serving were lovely. We have stayed in Verona several times and this will definitely be our port of call next time , I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is amazing. Right next to the Elbe piazza. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They helped with dinner reservations (even we had to cancel one last minute), parking, and sightseeing. Also, our chosen small room was bigger than we anticipated it would be so that was nice.

Albergo Mazzanti's strength is their friendly and knowledgeable staff members, especially Sofia in the reception and the lady in the breakfast room, (whose name I forgot to ask for), but also all their other colleagues. This friendly relationship between guests and staff you rarely find in big anonymous hotels. Our room was large and elegantly furnished with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. We were impressed by finding our room cleaned already, returning from breakfast, (which always was very tasty). This is a hotel for people who appriciate a personal touch, rather than bling and a 5-star environment. The location is excellent and we would very happily return to this hotel.
